Baltic Pipe.

Ministry of climate plans to liberalize act on hydrocarbon supplies which makes any gas seller in Poland to gather obligatory gas, oil, or liquids reserves for the sake of security of supply. Liberalization will come fully into force in 2023.

More experts join Baltic Pipe offshore section construction works. The Company has concluded agreements with contractors that will provide investor supervision and environmental supervision services during construction and installation works on the seabed and at the gas pipeline landfalls in Poland and Denmark.

What goes on in Poland on the 4th of May.

GAZ-SYSTEM has obtained three more decisions enabling the construction of a gas pipeline interconnecting the Baltic Pipe with the National Gas Transmission System. The permits issued by the governor of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship concern the gas pipeline sections between Niechorze, Płoty and Goleniów. They enable the company to begin construction work.

What goes on in Poland on the 17th of April.

In March preparation works started near the Danish coast to relocate the roads within the site where the Baltic Pipe will be connected to the onshore section. The construction site at the Niechorze – Płoty section in Poland is ready.

The West Pomeranian Voivode issued a decision approving the extension of the gas compressor station in Goleniów. It is the first of three decisions to be obtained by GAZ-SYSTEM for the expansion and construction of these infrastructure elements as a part of the Baltic Pipe project.
