Ministry of climate plans to liberalize act on hydrocarbon supplies which makes any gas seller in Poland to gather obligatory gas, oil, or liquids reserves for the sake of security of supply. Liberalization will come fully into force in 2023.
Orlen, Lotos and PGNiG are looking for synergy in the hydrogen sector. Whether or not they will end up as a single company, they should cooperate to implement the hydrogen strategy.
