Poland will impose restrictions on diplomats from Russia. This is a response to the hybrid war against the West, which is also taking place on Polish territory. Warsaw has evidence of Kremlin diversion.

Diplomats from Russia working in the embassy in Warsaw will be able to travel only in the Masovian Voivodeship, excluding the ambassador. The consuls will be able to travel to the voivodships where their offices are located.

Poland’s Minister of Foreign Affairs said that Poland has evidence that Russians are attempting to commit acts of sabotage on its territory. Similar events have been happening across the European Union. Minister Radosław Sikorski announced Poland’s signal to Russia after a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine also involves Russia’s hostile actions against the European Union and NATO below the threshold of war. Western countries are warning of attacks on critical infrastructure, cybercrime and disinformation from Russia.
