What goes on in Poland on the 26th of May.

PGE will present the NABE financial and operating model

– We are talking about the NABE financial and operational model, a conference dedicated to this process will be held in the near future – said President of PGE Wojciech Dąbrowski during the results conference.

The aim of the National Energy Security Agency is to consolidate coal assets from energy companies, including PGE. There are currently discussions on how to transfer these assets and in what financial form to settle the transactions.

– The process of segregating assets happens no matter what is happening on the market today. NABE will have very good conditions for its operation at the start. This process is hosted by the Ministry of State Assets, said PGE President Wojciech Dąbrowski.

PGE counts on the liberalization of the onshore distance act and has announced a tender for offshore turbines

– The cost of steel has a large impact on the cost of wind energy. By 2030, we want to have 1.7 GW of onshore capacity. We will start investing, if the 10H Act is liberalized, we will continue to carry out acquisitions. We are satisfied with the transactions that we have carried out recently – said the president of Polska Grupa Energetyczna, Wojciech Dąbrowski. – This year, a tender for offshore turbines will be launched. After the outbreak of the war, the situation on the world market stabilizes somewhat, but this is not yet a situation that would guarantee stability. We see no threats to the project, we are implementing it according to the schedule.
