What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?

We process the personal data entrusted to us to send you current articles and updates published on BiznesAlert.pl. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent.

What rights do you have regarding the processing of your data?

We guarantee the exercise of all rights granted under the GDPR, including access to data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing if the purpose for which the data was collected has ceased.

How long will we process your data?

The controller will retain your personal data only as long as required by applicable legal obligations. This means your data may be stored for a justified period even after you stop using our services—particularly data necessary to fulfill obligations toward public administration (e.g., tax authorities).

Your data will be processed until it is deleted or until you withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of prior data processing.

Who has access to your data?

Personal data is processed by employees of Media Alert Sp. z o.o. who are authorized to do so.

We also inform you that your data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
