What goes on in Poland on 30th of December.

One of the state-owned coal utilities in Poland, Tauron, is to build offshore wind farms with EDP Renovaveis and Engie from France.

Tauron is to receive 50 percent of shares in OW Offshore, a joint venture between the above mentioned French companies. It’s the company’s way of acquiring know-how in offshore wind projects. OW Offshore is to gain 50 percent shares in Tauron’s daughter companies with portfolios that have offshore wind projects.
