Russia accuses Poland of nuclear terrorism in Ukraine

Russians accused Poland of complicity in „nuclear terrorism”. In their opinion, Polish Warmate drones were used by the Ukrainian army in a strike on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

According to the Russians, the Ukrainian army is shelling Zaporozhye. The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that Ukrainian soldiers conducted the strike from across the Kakhovka River, and according to Moscow they used drones from Poland. Due to that, Russia accused Warsaw of „complicity in nuclear terrorism”.

Poland is still waiting for funds from the EC

Minister of Development and Technology Waldemar Buda talked about the National Reconstruction Plan to the wpolityce.pl portal. The minister said that he could not confirm whether the European Commission would release the funds at all.

The National Reconstruction Plan is a program of loans and grants for EU member states. The EC is supposed to grant Poland 25 billion to invest in the energy and green transport sectors. Warsaw is waiting for the first grant, which is PLN 4 billion and is supposed to be released by the end of 2022. The Polish government was supposed to introduce changes in the judiciary as a condition of releasing the funds. According to Minister Buda, Poland did enough to make an agreement with the EC.
