Board of Appeal of the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators published the decision taken as a result of appeal submitted from the ACER decision 11/2018. During the workshop on the development of LNG supplies from the European Union in Warsaw, the representatives of the European Union and the USA supported the development of supplies of liquefied gas to Europe. The US raised the theme of the gas hub in Poland, and the Poles – the supplies to Ukraine.

On 4 February 2019, the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gorzów Wielkopolski issued a decision on environmental conditions for the project under implementation by Gaz-System „Construction of the Goleniów – Lwówek DN1000 gas pipeline”.
