On July 12, 2019, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency (Danish EPA) issued two environmental decisions related to the location of the onshore part of the Baltic Pipe in Denmark – one for Gaz-System S.A. and the other one for the Danish gas and energy transmission system operator – Energinet.

The German Federal Network Agency, BNetzA, has launched an investigation into whether power price speculation destabilised the country’s power grid, newspaper Handelsblatt reports.
