Orlen Group takes full ownership of Unipetrol

​PKN ORLEN has finalised a transaction to buy all shares in Unipetrol, its Czech subsidiary. The transaction will enable the Group to better exploit synergies and implement optimisation measures more effectively. It will also bring tangible benefits to the Czech company by significantly strengthening its competitive position in the region.

Gazprom appeals to Stockholm arbitration in favour of PGNiG

Arbitration Court in Stockholm informed that Gazprom challenged its partial award from 30 June, in which it agreed with PGNiG that the Company has contractual grounds to request a change in prices charged by Gazprom for natural gas supplied to Poland under the Yamal Contract.
