A conference „Powering the European Green Deal” organized by the Electrification Alliance took place in Brussels. It was attended by representatives of the industry who shared their opinions and ideas on EC’s plan for energy transition in the EU. BiznesAlert.pl was present at the event.

Today, a broad group of 100 organisations from major industrial sectors and civil society calls on EU policymakers to accelerate the uptake of clean and renewable electricity as the most cost- effective and energy efficient strategy to deliver a climate neutral Europe.

On 3 November 2014, Towarowa Giełda Energii (TGE) launched the Guarantees of Origin Register (GOR). For five years now it has been the trading platform for the guarantees of origin of electricity generated from RES, and since 2 October 2019 also from high-efficiency cogeneration units.
