On January 6th 2021, the Danish Energy Agency (DEA) received an updated schedule for the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. Meanwhile, Akademik Cherskiy reached the construction zone on the border of the German and Danish exclusive economic zones (EEZ).
