Gaz-System: Next stage of public consultations on Baltic Pipe
On February 19, 2019, a public consultation took place in Niechorze and Trzebiatów regarding the construction of the Baltic Pipe offshore gas pipeline. The representatives of Gaz-System discussed the technical, environmental, social and economic aspects of the project, as well as its impact on the functioning of the local communities. The meetings were attended, among others, by local residents and local authorities. PGNiG: Gazprom abuses its dominant position in eight EU member states
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA welcomes the decisions of the Governments of the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Lithuania announced on 27th and 28th of February 2019. The governments of both countries decided to join PGNiG SA in the court proceedings initiated by the Company with an action against the decision of the European Commission on a commitment agreement between the European Commission and Gazprom concluding the proceedings on the alleged abuse of dominance of Gazprom on the markets of eight European Union countries (case AT.39816).
