CEEP: Energy Union governance concept is inconsistent
– The emerging governance system of the Energy Union brings some positive processes as streamlining the reporting obligations, but can provoke new ones creating unnecessary obligations for the member states. PKP Cargo in talks with Belarus on deliveries from China
Considering the expected hike in trade between China and Europe, the largest Polish railway freight transport operator and its partners want to streamline the logistic services on the route.
