Miners could agree to phase out coal earlier than the social agreement says

The Jagiellonian Instute commissioned a survey to find out what the miners expect from the government and what are their convictions, needs and fears. When asked when coal should be phased out is Silesia, the majority of miners replied that it should happen not later than in 20 years.
