GAZ-SYSTEM has concluded two agreements regarding the northern section of the Poland-Lithuania gas interconnector. One is related to investor’s supervision exercised over this portion of the project. The other was concluded by the Polish company with the contractor responsible for performing construction work on the northern section of the pipeline. All those achievements are an important step towards the construction of this important gas pipeline for Europe.

Gaz-System to connect the Dolna Odra power plant to the transmission network
GAZ-SYSTEM and PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna have signed a contract to connect the Dolna Odra Power Plant to the gas network. This will ensure that the newly erected combined gas and steam units will be fired by gas from the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście in the future. The project includes the construction of ca. 63 km-long pipeline and a gas station.

The oil deal is again waiting for an OPEC+ meeting with the possible participation of the United States. However, cuts as deep as 10 million barrels per day may not be enough.
