The Arbitration Court in Stockholm has closed evidentiary proceedings and has formally set the date for its ruling on the case brought by PGNiG against Gazprom in relation to the terms of gas supplies and the procedure for changing the gas price under the Yamal contract.

PGNiG will get to a new stage of cooperation with the Energy Resources of Ukraine (ERU) Management Services through its involvement in gas extraction in Ukraine. ERU Trading is a private company operating on the Ukrainian gas market.

The Management Board of PGNiG announced that on November 15, 2019, after obtaining the required corporate approvals, it submitted to PAO Gazprom and OOO Gazprom Export a declaration of will to terminate the contract for the purchase and sale of natural gas to the Republic of Poland of September 25, 1996.

PGNiG announces an intensification of LNG imports in the first quarter of 2020. Even one LNG cargo is to arrive in the Świnoujście LNG terminal every week, compared to two per month presently.
